At 24 by 30 feet, this pavilion has the scale to serve as a full event space. 720 square feet is enough for a wedding ceremony and reception under the same roof, a large family reunion, or any gathering that needs real capacity without losing the feel of a timber structure.
The name reflects the size and the mood. A pavilion this large carries a kind of quiet weight, heavy timber trusses overhead, an open floor plan below, built for the moments that call for something more than a backyard cookout.

Choose Your Wood
Each species changes the look, the price, and the long term maintenance a little differently. Picking the right one comes down to your climate, your budget, and how much upkeep you actually want to sign up for.
The Sanctuary is available in Pine and Cypress only. Cedar timbers aren’t cut long enough at this size, so Cedar isn’t offered for this pavilion.
The workhorse choice and where most homeowners land. The most affordable option, and it holds up well once treated for outdoor exposure.
