At 30 by 40 feet, this is our largest standard build. 1,200 square feet is enough to host a wedding for hundreds, run as a full event venue, or serve as a commercial pavilion for a business that needs real covered space. This isn’t a backyard addition anymore, it’s a structure built to carry its own weight as a destination.
Heavy timber trusses span the full width without interior supports breaking up the floor plan, so the entire footprint stays open for seating, dancing, vendor booths, or whatever the event calls for.

Choose Your Wood
Each species changes the look, the price, and the long term maintenance a little differently. Picking the right one comes down to your climate, your budget, and how much upkeep you actually want to sign up for.
The Grand Pavilion is available in Pine and Cypress only. Cedar timbers aren’t cut long enough at this size, so Cedar isn’t offered for this pavilion.
The workhorse choice and where most homeowners land. The most affordable option, and it holds up well once treated for outdoor exposure.
